Acai is a game-changing berry that has deep roots in Brazilian culture. Although we produce our sorbets in The United States, we source our acai directly from Brazil, and in turn, attempt to showcase the berry the way it should be. When we began, we found that the acai market was bland, icey, and overall not doing the berries any form of justice. Thus, we grew out of our juice bar and began producing the world's best scoopable acai as Bonji Foods. Truly, there is nothing out there that has the smooth mouthfeel and scrumptious texture that our gourmet, craft acai brings to the table.
