🔥 Bonji Hot Takes: Volume 51 🔥
Hi all, welcome back to the Bonji Hot Takes! We hope your week has been filled with success and happiness. The weekend is near, but we hope to offer some value before this week closes and you are enjoying the time off. The Winter time can be difficult both mentally and physically on a lot of us, especially in the more snowy areas of the country. However, nothing brightens a day up like some delicious food! For me, a day can completely shift after a satisfying meal. Thus, here are some of our top Winter recipes for 2022's cold period.
Winter Recipes You'll Love 1. Sweet Potato Cheesecake Bars With a deep story about reaching back into their childhood and heritage, the owners and creatives of Honeysuckle Provisions created these sweet potato cheesecake bars that are a perfect addition to the dessert/snack section of your winter recipe catalog. Both festive and delicious, you can simply enjoy a simple bar instead of slicing up a whole cake every time you want a piece. Personally, I'm a sweet potato fanatic and this recipe sounds outstanding. Although we have let to try these, they are first on the list! Click here for the full recipe:
2. Green Curry Lentil Soup Bon Appétit is known for finding some of the best recipes across the board, and they didn't disappoint with their Winter Soup edition. A near endless catalogue of soups that can match anyone can be found here; however, the first on our list is this green curry lentil soup. If you are a fan of spice, as we are, you'll definitely want to give this soup a try. Of course, you can spice it up at your own pace, but we say bring the heat. Overall, it's simple, but delicious and hearty for those cold winter days. Click here for the full recipe:
3. Mint-Chocolate Fruit Bowl Brought to you by The Bonji Foods recipe development team, a new mint-flavored bowl base is here just in time for your Christmas festivities. Not too overpowering, but just enough mint that will keep you smiling. As smooth as all of Bonji's other bases (acai, pitaya, coconut), this mint will change the way you look at bowls. Who says juice bars can't have some fun and experiment with some amazing flavors! We suggest topping with fruits such as strawberries and blueberries (Christmas Tree colors) and of course some cacao or chocolate as you please.
4. Kale-Artichoke Stuffed Shells Similar to Bon Appétit, Food & Wine compiles some of the best recipes across the board. This winter, we were gifted with a massive list of amazing dishes. One that stood out to us is their kale-artichoke stuffed shells. As Italians ourselves, stuffed shells are some of our favorite meals. The possibilities are seemingly endless, but the combination of kale and artichoke stunned us for a moment. Sounds like our Christmas table is getting one new addition this year!
