Bonji Hot Takes Volume 18
Welcome back to another edition of Bonji Hot Takes! Happy Thursday, we hope your week is going well and you are excited for another fast-approaching weekend. Throughout the year, we all experience ups and downs. Occasionally, it can be difficult to keep positivity in your thoughts. Thus, we want to remind you that the more you think positively, the more positivity you will attract into your life. We recently heard a discussion about engraving positivity in your mind; similar to a ski slope, as you create fresh tracks it will become easier to ride. Think of your brain and thoughts as a fresh patch of snow. Every time you think negatively you will be making that path easier to follow. In contrast, every time you think positively, your brain makes a deeper connection and will naturally begin to take that path. Moving forward, we wanted to offer some quick tips and quotes to help you feel positive energy!

Three Quick Tips for Staying Positive:
Start Everyday With something positive: - Roll out of bed and do 20 pushups - Lay out your goals for the day - Listen to happy songs or a motivational podcast
Ask Yourself The Right Questions: - NO “why did this happen to me?” - YES “What is one good thing about this situation?” or “What can I learn?" - NO “Why do bad things always happen to me?" - YES “What is one small, daily step I can take to improve my situation?”
Take a Step Back: - Try to change your perspective and look at the situation from new angles - Let go of the anger/frustration, and just breathe for a minute - Don't stress what you can't control
